Pangea standard, no wars. Used Piety-Patronage(sort of useless this time), Freedom, Liberty, Tradition.
A few tips :
Early on relied heavily on high happiness fueled Piety culture. Improved my luxuriess asap to help this, but had limited trade opporutinities just because of where I started.
Purchase hill tiles for more production.
Note that The Sydney Opera House gives a free social policy, but I never got close to that.
Focussed on GEs and Great Artisits to rush wonders and create Golden ages, especially at the end. The Great Artists will also add a small amount of culture. Save the engineers for key wonders.
Hiawatha kept losing the UN by only a single vote about 6 times. It was a nail biter at the end as I had to survive one more vote to get the utopia project done.

I was trying to unlock as many achievements at once as possible. I started smack in the middle of North America around St. Louis-ish, founded one city in Mexico, and that was it. The only other three civs were in Eurasia. My army for basically the entire game was two War Elephants to deal with barbarian triremes. Although once I kicked the Utopia Project into gear, I started spamming destroyers in the other city and posting them in the oceans to ward off any sneak attacks. I was well ahead in tech by this point, and really didn't want to have all this time wasted because Bismarck thought it would be fun to send 20 crossbowmen across the ocean.
