Kingdom Come: Deception (Game Thread)

We have a surprising lack of pro-town roles if Tak's claim is fake. I guess Visor could have been some sort of pro-town role?

Tomorrow I will prove I am the Lord of Rattay, so the mafia better kill me tonight.

:king:
If I die, you should have one less suspect. If I live, you will have one less suspect. :D

Say it, keeping stuff for yourself isn't how to town.

It is after a certain level of proof regarding being wrong, but if Jo's job is really "miller" why did it take so long to figure out that was job and not name when Tak brought up the mill?

What's your reason for excluding tak? Tak mostly coasted and his claim is the vaguest.
Jo, I have to admit have a hard time seeing as scum now. His behaviour completely changed and there are no signs of mafia burnout. Quite the opposite. He was an initiative player today. Ofc you could see it as an attempt to save Jovian, but you also need to consider that Jovian hammered himself today. It means the rest of pack probably didn't do a whole lot to prevent his lynch in last 24 hours. That's a good look for Tim too.

I had in my mind that he was a semi-believable tracker, but looking back now thats not the case. Sus indeed, add him to that list.

I think Lord TS is gonna execute someone at dawn, which still won't prove his alignment.

Think medieval job, not mafia role.
This is an interesting observation. A quick google search of "miller medieval times" pulls up https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miller#Status which says this:

In a traditional rural society, a miller is often wealthier than ordinary peasants, which can lead to jealousy. Millers are often accused of associating with thieves, and were targeted in bread riots at times of famine. Conversely, millers might be in a stronger position vis-a-vis feudal land owners than are ordinary peasants.

Not sure if that's useful or relevant to this game at all though.

I suggest a strong interrogator be assigned to torturing Takhisis and Jo tomorrow.

I suspect Tak far more than Jo, but I could be wrong.

I won't be wrong about proving my position. Come at me, mafia bros.

Plot twist: Visor was the doctor and you are his mafia impersonator
Doctors typically can't target themselves.

Most likely, he assumed that the letters had some type of clue about the identity of the mafia or the town, and he wanted to get ahold of one of them to confirm it.

And this is a really strange post, because I'm not sure what Tim is saying here. It's such easy bait to lynch him that I don't even want to take it, but it would confirm the above theory. Now that we know MJ is mafia, if Tim can read then the entire Mafia would be tricked into thinking that the letters did contain that sort of the information because, well, the first one did. It confirmed the identity of the only person I know for sure, me. However, at that time the letter writer was anonymous. Claiming literate would increase the odds of receiving a future letter, which could be passed off to a literate mafia.
Also, if I am dead tomorrow I won't be able to investigate this more. Please Tim help me understand the purpose of the post I was quoting previously. I trusted you for a minute :dunno:

TS, now that you have thrown Tak under the bus the mafia is gonna kill you no matter which is bad.

To quote Visor, if I die ignore all my reads.

doctor + masons looks like a good enough combo. There are basically three clears, which is roughly an average lifespan of a cop. Topsecret suddenly claims to have a power to confirm himself tomorrow too.
Also, have tak ever hard claimed? I think he claimed his actions but not his role.
