I think the skin tone should be a little lighter, otherwise it looks excellent.

Sioux have a head already by Civarmy, although its not one of his best, if you want to do another, I'd say more power to you...

Good so far, although I don't like the ancient background...maybe have the great plains behind him instead of a tepee.

Awesome! I've been lookng for a Sioux for ages. CivArmy never got around to remaking his old Sitting Bull, and R8fxt never got around to starting his. 4 years from Civ3's release and I'm surprised that only one Sioux head's been made. I'm definately looking forward to this one.

Comments: Skin tone is too dark. Lighten/redden him up a little.
Medieval his face paint makes him look like he's wearing a mask.. the mask of Zorro! Perhaps choose another color like red?
Industrial looks good, and I assume you've already looked, but is there a good head-dress prop available?
Ancient age: I suggest having him shirtless, no pony tails or feathers, and some face paint under the eyes. Just plains in the backround.
Modern: Anything but a suit. That would just make him look like turn of the century america's version of a "civilized" native. Maybe lose the tails. And put a RV in the backround.. Nomadic trasportation of the 20th century. Don't know what he'd be wearing though..
