I got the game this last Tuesday...then I went to a different town to stay the night for 3 days because I am taking Drivers Ed...

I started playing like crazy today...fun fun FUN! I started as Normandy..I am becoming more powerful slowly....My 2nd King didn't have any children..so yea now for the most powerful of the Court to become King...

Any played online yet? I am going to try that now.....Maybe we will see each other....

Its sad how you can only play a couple of different battles online, not thePlay on Europe mode, but hopefully they'll release an expansion pack with that or maybe not but we can hope.

I got 1 question..what does the Pope do in my Court? I had him before then I got in trouble for something from excomm...something for another country and I was banished from the church. Then I got it again and I didn't do anything then he died...so what's he for??

You can excomm a nation or use a marshal for a crusade

When you have a cleric as Pope, the cleric can't do anything a normal one could do. He can excommunicate Catholic nations but you want to be careful because if you are Catholic and excommunicate someone you might get excommunicated yourself depending on their relationship with the Papacy and others I think. Also if the Pope is in your possession and you are Catholic you can click on one of your Marshals. There you can call them on a crusade against any non-Catholic nations that are at war with you. I say these things only if you are a Catholic nation because you might have a Puppet Pope like I had once as Almohads (Muslim). It was awesome because I could just keep excommunicating people but I didnit have to worry about anything bad happening. It's a spy so it won't die as Pope because if I keep excommunicating people he will never become old enough to die of old age.
