Largest/Richest etc. Civilisation

From time to time we get a list of the Largest Civilization, Richest Civ, Strongest Civ etc. Does this info come up in any particular pattern or is it random and can we access this info on demand etc.

I have no idea if their is a pattern to when the faux history books get published. You can look up that sort of information under "Demographics" in the same drop-down menu where you get "Top 5 Cities."
