Last Settler. Blending in.

As shown in this poll, the people wanted to merge a Settler with a city, but weren't quite Sure which one.

This poll will finally determine which City our last Settler will go to.

We have all 3 options previously mentioned: Corrino, Baldur's Gate, and Doomsville.

I've also included an option where it can be merged in to another City, specified by The People.

Finally, with War possibly looming, I've also left the possibilty open that people might not want to dump this guy just yet. (And this time, it's a co-equal option.)

I think we should found a city south of Antium and Doomsville.

Or boost Odawara.

We should boost Corrino earlier, its too late now. Boosting Roman cities is no good because corruption will take all the effect and we'll just get big unhappy city.
Boost for example Manchai who is growing slowly but could use extra population, or Gurenshi.

I think we should merge this setler into Veii once we capture it. This is the city that the population indicated they would like to build the Forbidden Palace, so the extra population in that city will help toward that goal.

We should have a reserve settler just in case.

Yeah, that is one thing I think the AI does right: having settlers ready to grab-up land from an autoraze or something.
