Has anyone else come up against this problem: everything seems to have downloaded and the Launch Sid's Civ' icon is on the desktop, so you click Launch and nothing happens at all. There is a Sid's Civ 4 tab but clicking that doesn't enlarge it to the game screen. Task Manager says its running but, just nothing happens, no game launch.

Do i read it right that you're talking about Civ4, not about 5? Because you're here in the 5 section

Else: What version do you have, in case of 4 do you have a download version, and in case of 4 too did you patch it to the latest version?
