ARC - I don't personally know the guy, but I know I hate Adam Smith.

Slavs - In almost all of my games they seem the craziest. The usually stay at 1 city the whole game and constantly declare war on everyone else. Someone usually puts them out of their misery. Reminds me of Attila. The game needs some flavor like this.
