Teddy Roosevelt - 16-3=13 - I guess it's quite accurate depiction of Teddy Roosevelt, but I guess we're nitpicking now. Why is he saying that he has to "choose between righteousness and peace" when war is declared on him, when he can't really choose if he'll be in peace or not?

Gorgo - 5 + 1 = 6 Fitting agenda, realistically portrayed, fitting voice over, and very well animated. Lots of presence.
Peter the Great - 11 - 3 = 8 (Portrayed as religious (reference to God in his lines); the real Peter had a strong dislike of religion. Looks too much like Captain Hook. While his agenda is fitting, that's about the only thing I like about this portrayal other than that it somewhat matches the real Peter. This is one of the most boring Civ VI AI, and his default expression is one of immense boredom.
