Does anyone know if there's a guide online that gives you tips for the best way to play with each leader? I looked on the Civilopedia and noticed that the BtS leaders have a few tips for them, but the rest just have historical descriptions.

It's been thrown around a lot, but no one's had the ability to do it. It would be a great time commitment, and someone really good would have to do the write-ups.

the closest thing you can get to a leader summary would be Sisutil's ALC pre-games, which you can track down by clicking the get help link in my sig, and following it to the ALC bullpen

Try looking into the ALC games. Thats what they are about. Sisiutil is not done with aevery leader yet however.

There is a leader guide for Pacal, Justinian, Monty.
Monty-Guide is in the Strategy articles somewhere (It's called Montezumas revenge) and the other two you'll have to try the search function... they're called something like comprehensive leader guide iirc...

Other than those I don't know any...

I've done a guide to the traits, which is close... sorta... kinda... :undecide:

I would be willing to entertain doing a write-up on each leader. It probably wouldn't have many screenshots, however, as I probably wouldn't play out a full game with each leader. That just takes waaay too much time. 5-8hrs x n leaders? I've played most leaders, however, over the course of 100s of games of civ, so could probably write up some general strategy for each.

Much appreciated - isn't it about time you changed your name - the "future" part must be getting a bit redundant :goodjob:

haha, actually it's the hermit part that is getting redundant. however, i've got too many people on the web who know me as futurehermit now to change the handle.
