Leaderhead Database and Request thread

@Huayna Capac357: Archimedes, i think, died in a bathtub. Diogenes lives in a ...(IgorS knows the correct designation).

Yes, Diogenes did live in a barrel. But you didn't answer my two concerns:

1. Uh...Gandhi was never President of India IRL. I think you're confused
2. Also, Manifold, I don't think you know what "pimp" means...

@Huayna Capac357:
This is the Leaderhead Database and Request thread and not the Oxford English Dictionary. My last words on this subject: The word is rather ambiguous.

Alright, let's not get off track. The LH in question is pretty obscure and has nothing to do with running or leading a group of people, at least not in any real sense or any sense pertaining to Civ IV at all.

But having said that, there is nothing wrong with that request. He wants the LH, so he requested it. No big deal. I just wouldn't expect a lot of people to jump at making that LH.

I'm working on a scenario and I would like to use a Pirate LH, so I was thinking "Jack Sparrow" might be a good one (would definately get the pirate idea across). There's plenty of pictures on the 'net, and many people have seen Pirates of the Caribbean.
I think it might be best to start off with Fredrick, reskin his jacket and hat...maybe pop Charlemagnes head on, though the beard would definately have to be changed. A good 17th or 18th c. dock scene might make a good background (a screencap from Age of Empires III, possibly?) As for animations...eh, which ever one looks drunkest?

Have you seen the Henry Morgan LH?http://forums.civfanatics.com/downloads//acg_pirates_RHa.jpg

O ho! No, I had not...but it is splendid. I think ideally I would like something a bit, eh, grungier? But that would surely workin in a pinch. Thanks.

That Memnon one could be useful for cfkane's Fictionalization mod.

As would my request: Nicolae Ceausescu of Romania.

I can't believe Civ Gold's Romania civ doesn't have him yet. This guy was easily one of the most brutal and orthodox Communists in the Soviet Bloc. Plus, he was a huge megalomaniac, turning his palace into the heaviest structure in the world (and he would have gotten away with it, too, if it weren't for those meddling capitalists!)

Cfkane could use him as Nicolae Carpathia, the Antichrist from the Left Behind books, as a second leader for Transylvania. Whether he thinks it's a good idea or not. Ceausescu is a must for Romania.

Gilgamesh could work as a base. If we gave him the Dutch king's animations though it would be awesome.

Caucescu is a bad idea imo. He doesn't represent Romania as a Great Leader or anything.

I'd much prefer St. Stephan of Modolva as leader.

I agree.

I tried him, but I epic failed.

I suggest (like I did) Champlain minus a beard, with Isabella's crown, reskinned.

If you search for a Great Leader of Romania, i suggest the most famous military commander:

Gabriel Bethlen (1580 - 1629)
