LeaderHeads don't show up

The leader heads aren't showing up for me, not in the civpedia, not in the diplomacy screen, not even for leader selection! The same goes for the scenarios.
The leaderheads worked fine for me in both Vanilla and Warlords. I downloaded the patch and that didn't do anything, is there something I should have done by now?

Possibly update your graphics card drivers as well as your DirectX version and try again. That should PROBABLY fix things. But what's your card really?

I have the same problem...I'm going to have a go at updating all my drivers and defragging. If there are any other suggestions though...feel free.
