    You would have to recognize it, because the Council Vote wasn't abolished. It was perfectly legal. I shouldn't have to wait for that current informational poll and disscusion to take place then have an actual vote on the subject, to finally have a way to get TheDuckofFlanders the position.

    Yes, any Council vote held before an amendment to the Constitution is legal.
