The biggest problem is the texutre. The head is easy to reshape to fit the model, but the facial musculature and traits (wrinkles and all the kit) is represented via the baking of a high resolution sculpted mesh. Some skinners like Bernie have used some phototexturing techniques that simulates the baking of the high resolution mesh, but it's harder with older model that we can't find good picture. The only way to make him really look like the real guy, is to sculpt him in a program like Zbrush, generate a normal map, create a specular map and than bake all the texture for the nonshader version. That is what they have done at Firaxis for the vanilla LH. I don't have time presently to do this with this LH, I'm really busy and I can't afford a project like this.
