Hey,
Somehow this scenerio has disappeared in my Civ3 Complete. I have the Civ-content scenerio but not this one.
I think uninstalling Call of Duty2 made them disappear.
I can still play the game, but not solo.

Russian cossacks continue to press deeper into Prussia, correspondents shadowing the horsemen predict they will be at the gates of Berlin by the end of August.
Military traffic on the roads through Berlin have seen heavy use by the largely untried curiasser regiments as well as artillery. Whilst one hopes that war can be averted, it seems that only the Czar of all Russia can avert the calamity that is about to happen.
A spokesman for the foriegn ministry called upon all who would safe guard the sovereignity of the rightful monarchs of Europe to show support for Prussia at this time. It may prove that this will be enough, else the world shall see that Prussia is quite willing to fight any agressor and once roused will not halt til total victory is won.

I believe that the original Civ3 Conquest disc had it. I had to buy all 3 discs, Civ, CivPTW and CivConquests.
Damn it. The other has Italy, Danes, Portagul, Netherlands etc. not under British player control. I like it better that way.

news of the Spanish uprising is excellent, Barcelona has yielded with many more such victories sure to follow.
on the danish front, our heroic battalions are holding fast against a vicious attack by the Swedish meatball riders.

Just rumors that major elements of the Austrian Army have passed through Tarnopol headed east.
Could this mean Christmas in Kiev?
Elsewhere Ottoman Horse units were seen southeast of Venice. Austrian Hussars have been stationed to keep the road open for Austrian traffic.

Prussia Declares War on Russa
Russian invaders crushed in battle outside Stettin
The patience of the people of Prussia was finally exhausted, and war declared on Russia. The Kaiser has declared this war as one for respect for the rule of national law. Despite repeated demands for the removal of their forces the Czar of Russia has choosen to force a military response. The resulting engagements have ranged from Berlin to Danzig. The key action being a bloody assault on cossacks south of Danzig. It was this action that sealed the fate of the bulk of the cossack army trapped near Stettin. With their backs to the sea our new curiasser cavalry achieved total victory over a similarly sized force while suffering only light casulties themselves. Fusillers backed up by cannon were equally sucessful north of Berlin. With all the Russian troops driven from Prussia, citizens await the inevitable response from Russia.
The government have order a full mobilisation and militia forces have been raised in Konigsberg. In not entirely un-related news the government was pleased to announce the opening of the new office for home security in Konigsberg which will co-ordinate efforts at reducing corruption. The building will also house the new 'Baltic' department.
Reports of Prussian troops crossing the Russian border would not be confirmed by the war office.

* PEACE with russia signed. many turn out in the streets in a night full of festivity.
* the following day, the ambassadors of Sweden and the Ottoman Empire request audience with his Imperial highness, and accepting their humble request, terms are agreed upon.
** the russians send a secret envoy to paris to try and siphon offf some shipments of french goods.
they are very eager to share the french wealth, and as a measure of good will, DECLARE WAR ON THE BRITISH
they are rewarded with the thanks of Napoleon, and the Tsar is given the Order of the Rose.
* while at the table, the Ottomans and Swedes request trade benefits to celebrtate the new peace.
Embargoes against the evil doers are signed.

A public response to the people of France, we will take our example from yourselves and limit our 'Liberations' to match your own. Any territoral gains will be in order to safe guard our borders. Of course we cannot answer for our allies, they are equally eager to punish aggression against the German speaking peoples.
We are however concerned that you have entered into alliance with such a fickle people and fear that should we humiliate their forces again they may change sides once more. Also we find it hard to believe they will be able to come to France's aid without endangering our neutrality in that particular conflict. we stand with our brothers in Austria and friends in Sweden and the Ottoman empire.

At 1:09 am, 1st November 1801 AD Austria declared war on Russia. New talks with France were said to begin today.
Tens of thousand of Austrian Hussars were see heading across the border. The 1st Zagreb Hussars & 3rd Salzburg Hussars were reported to be on the outskirts of Kiev.
No Russian reponse materialized.
In the west Ottoman Empire horse units were seen headed back toward their homeland. A British warship was seen of the coast of Venice.

Foreign office announces Alliance/MPP with Austria
Austria and Prussia strengthened their ties with formalising their alliance against Russia and additional pledging to aid each other in the event of foreign border violations.
Action at Vilnus
The latest despatch from what is being called the 'Border war' relates to our troops at Vilnus. According to reports an unsupported regiment of fusillers routed a similar force of Russian mounted troops.
Military sources report that any seige of Vilnus is unlikely before the spring and that any troops in this area are more likely to see action in defence of the Prussian frontier.
The second 'baltic' class frigate was launched, it is understood these ships will see action blockading the Russian ports.
