List of Civ2 Cheat Codes

Civilization II has a very complete cheat mode built-in and it can be toggle on and off easily. For this reason, I always think a separate section for cheats is not necessary, even though some players have asked me for cheat codes. Anyway, to fullfill the requests of those players who believe cheat codes allow greater enjoyment of the game and to make the site more complete, I have compiled <a href="http://www.civfanatics.com/civ2cheats.shtml">a list of known cheats</a> for Civ2. Cheats for PlayStation version of Civ2 are also included.

Cheating sucks!!!!
No, just kiddin. Actually it's nice to know a few tricks since the AI isn't actually sincere most of the time, and neither is he very keen on hiding it...

Cheating does have a place at times.

I wouldn't cheat if i was trying a 'REAL GAME' or going for a high score, or playinh GOTM, but sometimes I like to explore 'WHAT IF.....'scenarios and cheating is neccesary.

OR, i sometimes hit the wrong key. I.E hit 7 instead of 4, dont reinforce a city and lose it next turn, i will cheat to get it back if it was a crucial error.

And VERY OCCSIONALLY i get a kick out of nuking everyone in 3000bc

Cheating can become very boring.

I use it when I know I have lost a game or I don't want to play it any longer.

PS: I like you idea of nuking them in 3000 BC!
