Lists of stock quotes?

Short question:

I'm looking for places where I can get a full list of all stocks traded at different exchanges, but I'm having trouble finding them.

What I'm looking for is basically pages like this one from the Oslo Stock Exchange: http://www.oslobors.no/markedsaktivitet/stockList?newt__menuCtx=1.1

Would be nice if the lists were updated during the trading day, but I of course understand that real-time quotes usually costs money (OSE's list of stock quotes are minimum 15 minutes delayed, which is acceptable).
