That's probably "Whakaari", the Māori name for the volcanic White Island. There could be an obscured (darkened) "W" in what looks like an area of changing visibility.

Looks like she keeps the icons of England and France in the same colour (white crown, yellow lilly) but has a burgundy-red background instead (like Jadwiga)

Is it me, or the “second” Eleanor’s portrait seems to have a different color palette? For the top one, you can still discern the stripe of pink, which matches her flower headband from the leaked model. The bottom one, though - I don’t see it at all.

Wild theory: Eleanor will have two models/color schemes?
