Finally found this one!

SKI RESORT

Unlocks the ability to build a ski resort.

Gives a tourism value equal to the Appeal of the tile. Amenities +1. Can only be built on a mountain. Can not be adjacent to another ski resort. Deletion or exploitation impossible.

Basically like a chemamull. Build these surrounded with city parks and get the Eiffel Tower for a fun cultural win.

"Exploitation"? As in, cannot be worked? If it means something else, then here is your Incan CV condition.

They have no yields with Sweden.

Well, Incans are the only ones who get yields from mountains to begin with. So yeah, question still open.
He didn't build any as Inca, so might be that they block working the tile.

Ski resorts are like mini-National Parks. All the yields, but no annoying diamond pattern.

I like it.

I think it's much more likely that the correct translation is "cannot be removed or pillaged".
I think it's cannot be removed, but also cannot be worked.

Looks like Their Finest Hour was made into a wildcard. This is the one marked as just unlocked.

"Combat Power +5 for all units when fighting on a hex of their territory or adj..."

I wonder what the rationale behind this change is.

Quill18's 8th Canada video at 6:04, you can see the Nobel Prize in Literature contest

compete: producing GWAM points

Gold reward: 20% discount on purchasing Rock bands and +50 to Rock Band Album sales
Silver reward: +75 to Rock Band Album sales
Bronze reward: +25 to Rock Band Album sales

Not so much about literature.

Referencing Bob Dylan winning it maybe :D

In Quill18's build, Archaeological Sites are popping up under districts and he is able to collect the Artifacts. Bug or new feature?

What I'm seeing here is: getting 1st keeps all your rockbands from breaking up due to album sales?

Or there is still a chance of them breaking up, but if they do they'll gain more tourism anyhow.

If I recall correctly, Rock Bands break up due to poor sales. So all three positions reduce the chances of losing a band. Silver actually reduces the chance the most. But while Gold may not have a better chance of preventing breakups, it can produce new bands a bit better. Must be a boy band record label.

Don't you get both the Gold and Silver awards if you win?

That is rather nice for minimizing the risks of losing your rockbands but isn't exactly desirable for Improvement or Great Work focused culture wins.

I'm also not quite sure about the ratio of "album sales" to tourism gained. It seems the level of performance matters first then album sales count.
