Loading error after upgrading to Windows 10

I upgraded my system to Windows 10 and installed a new graphics card Radeon HD 7450. I have DirectX 12.
Civilization IV Beyond the Sword is working fine. However, when I load the C2C mod, I see an error message on the screen. Screen shot with error you can see.

Mod can't be in Documents folder - it must be in Mods folder, that is located in folder where BTS exe is.

By the way it must be named Caveman2Cosmos
