Loading time

I'm not sure if this has been posted before, but I was wondering if anyone could help with reducing the loading time of Civ Gold Mod (Version 5)?

It takes about 15-20 minutes to load. I'm a pc noob, so a step by step guide for dummies would be much appreciated.

I have had this same problem. It frustrates me sometimes I have no idea how to fix it, unfourtuanatley. If I did, I'd tell you in a heartbeat

I think that it's the very large amount of extra civs plus the art and stuff that comes with them.
