Has anyone ever received a loan from another civ? If so what are the terms. Does it have to be repaid in 20 turns(as all deals in this game last 20 turns it seems logical).

Is there an interest payment every turn. If so how much?

Ive never been able to get the AI to give me a loan and I really wonder if anyone else has.

Never! Unless you are playing Chieftain and the AI is one of your long term allies.

They just declare war to me if I only say "Hi" to them. (I play on Regent level) So I'm afraid of asking for a loan. I didn't ever try. They are too much aggresive to ask for a loan.

Yes, there is interest. They give you a lump sum, and you pay so many gold/turn. I've never got a loan, but Either Eyrei or Zachriel posted a screenshot of one loan he got. Some people pointed out that he paid 18% more at the end than what he got. But if you divided that by 20 turns and figuring how many years there were for each turn, it ended up being less than .5% /year. You end up with less money (unless you use that money very wisely), but if you really need cash NOW, it's a good deal, and greatly makes your reputation stronger. And if that civ breaks the deal and declares war, you get to keep all that money.
