Looking for feedback on my channel

I don't know if this is against the rules (and too lazy to look really... ) so lock this if you think it's inappropriate.

I have just recently begun doing videos on the youtoobs (eventually will probably start covering my Civilization mods on them) so I wanted some feedback on my videos, most importantly my voice, and my ability to hold the audience's attention.

Hmm I'm not sure if this is against the rules. But in any case you are embedding your videos wrong. Drop the "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=". Otherwise just link your videos in you sig as I do.
