Sorry to intrude folks, but what does GPS mean?

(I want to learn cause I might give the PBEM malarky a go! )

i'm not 100% what it stands for to tell the truth..."Game Play Save"?? but it means that whoever says it, has passed the turn to the next person. just a way of keeping track of who has the turn

One of the big books was written today, it said I was in the top 6 of the rich Civ in the land, hmm i have 2gp +1gp p/turn so you guys must be poor.
