The civilopedia files work fine in the game and the advisor pcx worked fine except I noticed that there was a tiny transparency flaw in the eyebrows in the neutral expression. I fixed that problem and all three work fine in the game now.

Here's the redone advisor file. Sorry about the mistake.

I'm not sure actually sure if the other pcx's worked. When I first downloaded them I loaded them straight into photoshop to check them. It said they were in RGB colour which is usually not 256 colours. So I switched them to index colour (256 colours) which is what I usually do for my leaderheads and resaved them. I'm not saying that they weren't 256 colours or didn't work, just that I kind of changed them in that way before testing them, then they worked fine. The sizes of the pics were perfect. Maybe someone else can say whether or not they worked as they are.
Anyways, once again I've gotta tell you you did a great job on everything. This was probably the best leaderhead I've seen.

Second, I've been able to add new Races, but does anyone know how I can increase the number of Races that appear on the map? I searched through the Civ III Editor tool, but couldn't find anything. Does anyone know if there is a file that can be edited to increase the number of races on huge game map?

Under World Settings in the editor you set the number of races on each map. If it is a scenario it has to be set again in the scenario properties.

Great leaderhead Gael, but have you misplaced a link on the first post? When I dl everything I get two advisor .pcxs, but none of the pcx files for individual happy, conquer, kiss, etc. for the leaderhead folder.

Do you still have the link to those files? If so, could you post it? Thanks.

gael, I don't know what you meant by get rid of those other links, but I just put the 10 leaderhead pcx's in that zip. Here is a zip with all the pcx files. This includes the 10 leaderheads, the advisor, and the two civpedia pics. If you link to this, you can replace everything except your forwards and backwards flic files.
