Lucien?

In .31 there is a new hero called Lucien. He looks like a dovelio but seems to be unbuildable in-game. Why is this? The unit art and pedia stongly imply that he is a dovellio although suppose he could technically be an Illian.

I think Kael said that he was a scenario only hero, so not available in game

Yeah, he is the "Leader" of the Doviello people on their journey to meet Auric Ulvin when he emerges from the Cave after talking with the Illians and in theory being possessed by Mulcarn. So he is sort of "you" when you are playing the appropriate Scenario.

Oh thats a shame he has strength of 4 or 5, he could have made the dovellio much more interesting as a civ - instead of getting a scout and 3 warriors at the begginning of the game they could start with just two warriors but with Lucien buildable from the start with a very low cost. Maybe they could even start with him.
