Well i got an MAF on starting a new game.
I did not know this would acctualy be posable as its suposed to be fixed with BTS and i dont see how it can happen on a new game.

Anyone has any ideas on how to fix/cheat around this anoying crap??

Have you played Rise of Mankind before? Was it the same version of RoM as the last time?

If you answered yes and then no. Then clean out the cache files and delete all the ini files except CivilizationIV.ini in my games\beyond the sword. This fixes most errors caused by changing versions of a mod. Lets face it Civ can tell when you change a from one mod to another but not when you change from one version of a mod to a newer version of the mod.

If you aren't running on Windows XP then there are other possibilities also check out the Readme.html in the Rise of Mankind directory. Also check out CvAltRoot.py in the same directory.
