I just built a new computer (complete with 512 MB RAM, Athlon AMD XP 2700 processor, GeForce video card, and Windows XP OS) and installed both Civ3 and PTW. When I launch PTW everything is fine, but prior to being able to begin play the game crashes with a little window saying basically that Windows XP is sorry and a report has been filed. Any idea as to the problem (xp is starting to piss me off!).
! I got PTW to work and I played! I read the Infogrames tech support and changed the compatibility and now I can PLAY the world!
