Major exploit bug, should I disclose?

I found a bug where you don't need to feed your population and can turn all your population to specialists(for a day at least). A potent ability, but I'm not sure about publicly talking about it. Don't want to ruin online players games by throwing in such a major undetectable exploit.

Is there someone I can tell? Or should I just say nothing, I mean their isn't going to be any more patches so disclosing a exploit can't help anybody, can it?

Chances are its been thought of and discussed, but if it hasn't, then might as well tell us. Also - give the version and patch number.

Anarchy? You can turn your entire population into specialists every turn you research a tech or the capital finishes an item (Warriors...); in other words: During the entire game.
