Making Events files smaller

Hello! I have another question related to MGE's quirks. The scenario I'm making has events that respond to each tribe's decisions, but that 35k limit makes it hard to use a seperate event for each tribe. I know that the ANYBODY flag has some serious problems, but I've seen scenarios that use the flags TRIGGERDEFENDER, TRIGGERATTACKER and TRIGGERRECEIVER. How reliable are those?
