Manabar and opinion list dissapearing

This happend to me seemingly out of nothing. Reinstaled the MNAI, and it persists still. How do I get these back? The "toggle manabar display" is present, but nothing happens if I click it.

There are 6 little icons above the mini-map. The 5th one is a little white square with a red tick in it. Click it. This should make the score list appear.

You may have to click your own name to expand the score list before the manabar will appear. I can't quite remember.
