Its quite simple, Trip. Britain did its own version of the Trinity Tests in Central Australia in the 1950's. If it is simply a question of manufacturing the weapons, then why on earth did they did to do that (at massive financial, environmental and human cost)? Also, in spite of our close relationship with Britain, Australia STILL doesn't have Nuclear weapons (in spite of our governments desire to have them at the time!) France, Pakistan and India also did extensive testing prior to the formation of their nuclear arsenals in much the same way as in the Manhatten Project. Therefore, I feel it should be represented in the game!
