Map Shows Up Grey?

Hi
I've been playing for a few weeks now Civ V on my Imac using parallels and win 7 without any issues. Recently my civ game acted buggy and the map layout used to be normal now its turned grey. What should i do?

Reduce the graphic settings and try out the windowed mode, both might help.

What graphics card you have would be important to know.

My computer is a imac i7 processor and the video card is ATI Radeon HD 5750 1 gig , i would assume this would be fine I will try your settings.

The card looks to be sufficient enough to try this here.

I'm also having trouble with the map showing up grey. I have an i5 processor and my video card is a NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M.

Any suggestions?
