I spent an hour and half working on this.

There are 5 States.
Maybe I will cut down on the number of districts and make the remaining ones bigger.
Feedback please.

That's a good map, though there are some iffy bits with lines that could be cleaned up... if we use constituencies, this is the map to use.

Actually, later on, if I have time, I will do the cleaning up myself, if you don't mind.
