Mapstat Utility for C3C

I just want to share with you guys some good news. Dianthus, the author of CIVReplayViewer had done a little utility to check for the Domination Limit in Civ3 Conquests. I have tested it myself and it worked great! That same program also works for all other version of Civ and PTW too. I have also tested it on my existing game and his number is right on target. So far, I'm not sure if he has released it yet; if not, ask him!

Just a quick post to let you all know, I've updated CRpMapStat to use the correct domination limit for . I've done a little investigation to confirm for certain that the limit is :
: 2/3
: 2/3
: 66%

but I don't know what I want to say at this hour..

That is really a surprise that the Domination Limit was lowered for C3C.
