Marines in Epic Hotseat

I was playing with a friend in an epic regicde hotseat game, and he was building a Marine, but when the Dom. Advisor was going to tell him he finished it, it said. "Error File not found (Marine.INI) program will now exit." We reload the turn twice, same thing.

I looked in all the art/unit folders and couldn't find the Marine folder?

I did notice that the ADM was been beefed up to 12-6(8?)-1; is that what cause the crash?

Can you upload the save file? Then I or someone else can see if it crashes on our installation.

Okay, up its too big to attach directly. And Geocites doesn't want to upload it. Any suggestion on uploading it?

Marines missing

Ok, I loaded the game and got to Germany's turn at which point Hamburg produced a Marine and I had no problems.

Not me either. Have patched civ3 befor einstalling C3C??

Why?I thought that C3C include previous patches and installs them in CIV3 automatic.I haven't installed any patch only C3C,souldn't i?

Yes you should. I've got a similar problem at the start of Napoleonic scenario. Patching vanilla civ is essential to run conquest.

So first i sould install 1.29f patch in CIV3,and then install C3C?
Is there another patch that i must install?Sorry for asking but i have read many posts where it was mentioned that C3C includes the patches for CIV3 & PTW,so i am a bit confused.

I was looking through the folders. and their was no Marines Folder in any of the art/units (C3-PTW-C3C).

It looks like the folder some how got deleted.

The Civ Vanilla is version 1.29F...

Ok, we reinstalled Civ3 and the marines are back, but we can't kill the ports...
