Medieval Europe Unit Pack

Amazing! This is a sort of medieval Urban Spaceman - he can do anything! That slashing animation could easily be used for an attack, creating a new peasant warrior sort of chappie. Really top-notch unit. I look forward to the rest.

Looks great DP.

And i was wondering if u have plans to do a IND era version.

It wasn't planned, but I'm starting to think I'll need to do one since this one incorporates a lot of fancy machinery that is lacking in all of the Civ3 workers.

Unexisted: Yes, it is a fortification animation.

Plotinus: The worker actually has an attack animation with a pitchfork. But sure, the machete could be used too... but it'll look a little strange when he attacks with a machete and dies with a pitchfork.

Wow, that is a tough one it looks like to have made. Good work.

Perfect.
And Dom Pedro, I never thought there was anything limiting in your work before, but this is great. Glad you turned this one out.
Like the idea of having the full run for era-specific workers, but I was thinking of using him as an improvement over the regular worker (have it cost no pop. but higher shield cost, all terraform options, and a low-level of defense -- the last defenders of the Medieval city) for the Germanic civs, but I would love to know if he was based on a specific nationality.

Thank you Dom for another excellent contribution. This truely is the best worker contribution with the most comprehensive actions available. Thanks to all the modders/animators who are putting in work over the holiday season to spread more cheer. :D

Could you please update your post in the Unit Artists Library, DP?

That's a nice serf. But for my money, wage labour is where it's at.
No way. Between this guy and that 10 year old child-laborer kinboat made, I have enough cash to plow all my fields and by a whip will all the cash I saved.
Btw, I know its a nice one, but is it really called a 'unit pack' if its just one unit...?
