I was just wondering when the CFC members count would reach 25,000 when I noticed that the userID number had already passed that number. (by about 60) Can anyone tell me the reason for the difference? Perma-bans? Test accounts? Just curious...

It's most likely because some accounts (ex. DLs) were deleted...
