Merchant Ship Experience

A small suggestion that each time merchant ship sucessfully finishes a trade route (eg actually delivers goods to europe/africa/port royal) they have chance of earning small amount of experience. So.. long serving ships feel like prize to be protected as they profit from greater amount of promotions vs just printing out a new ship when needed.

I think this would be cool but it should be capped if implemented to keep things from becoming overpowered (I can already see the meta of using privateers to trade to level them up). Maybe only to 5 or 10xp so you can spec them into speed or cargo
