messed up diplo screen when playing mods

since a few days i got this annoying problem-> when i play mods my diplo screen is completely disfigured. Apart from looking messed up it doesnt show anything about stuff the AI offers nor can i do anything on it. i have removed and reinstalled the game several times but the problem persists. I really like playing mods. Does anyone has a clue?

Have you used InfoAddict at some point?

Ah, okay, good. I ask because other people have previously reported that they had such a problem with outdated info addict versions.
Have you tried to uninstall/update info addict?
If it doesn't help via the SteamWorkshop, try to manually delete it and redownload it.

i just unchecked it and my current campaign now runs fine
