the version 2 is there (see first post)

i made some changes:

adding pollution (on the sea too), limlited the number of civs (10), redraw the coastline, redistribute resources, bonuses and huts
paratroopers and cruiser can clear pollution.

next changes are for the scenario version. (roads, city, more pollution, barbares)
