Just a heads up to everyone: Miasma doesn't behave like any other feature, and will refuse to change yields (whether done with a building or globally).
There is a table in PlayerPerks called PlayerPerks_MiasmaYieldEffects. Presumably, by adding a Perk with definitions on that table to a player via Lua, you can adjust the yields of Miasma. I haven't tried it personally, though. There's always the chance that it's something they never implemented and is just a useless table.
