Micro Plan

Updated the first post to remove totally out of date turn plans. If anyone does a summary of the micro plans I'll try and at least paste it into the first post.

I've updated the test save in the first post.

I'm not taking an active role in the micro for the moment it seems, but I should be able to at least keep the first post as up to date as possible. Sorry for letting it lapse somewhat in the meantime.
