Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Shell (isolated) installation problems

When I try to install Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Shell Isolated (required to install/run ModBuddy) I get this after it says to restart (attached.)

Please help me ASAP I'm making a massive mod and the holidays end soon.

When you download the setup file, don't choose "Run." Choose "Save" instead.

("Run" saves the file in a temporary location which may not persist after a reboot.)

I saved the .exe file to my /Downloads the ran
any ideas?

That was just a guess... It looks like you're in setup maintenance mode in the screenshot. Do a full uninstall and try again.
