Minecraft

News to me.

Kewl!

Playing it now. I found the swamp, and it looks quite swampy. Neat.

Also, the swamp seems to have a lot of underwater caves and tunnels. Makes gathering clay tricky, but at least they're cool looking.

No I mean 1.0. Version 1.9 was never formally released. They reset the version number just like they did from alpha to beta

I saw that just after I updated my Minecraft, but not quickly enough to edit my prior post.

Whatever it's called, I'm celebrating with you. :D

By the way, look who I bumped into.

Seems legit.

Technically, 1.0.0  Okay, enough wasted time posting this distracting me from MC!

I hate how swamp water works. There are random patches of plain water thrown into the swamp water in some areas, and I don't like how they look when swamp water and regular water are against each other.

New game in 1.0 started off well. I began in a heavy wooded area and made myself a nice little house, with farmland, furnaces in the attic, and three lovely pet wolves. Still trying to find diamond though.

I must be Alpha-old-school, but I don't like starting in these heavily wooded areas. I miss the old sparsely populated forests and beachheads. :) (not that Alpha didn't have its' share of dense forests, which it did... just not feast-or-famine like now) Good thing for MCNostalgia.

I don't care much for the heavy forests either, but what can you do? :dunno:

Burn it down.

If only fire burned like it did before it was nerfed. :) (or, atleast an 80% chance of spreading, 20% chance of burning out, depending on the biome).
