Minor - Random Leader for player has never worked.

This has been the case since I started using the mod...

If you chose random for the player you will always get Songhai as your leader/country.

Assumption... Asaka is the first leader based on an alpha sort array?
Im surprised this has lasted at least 5-6 stable versions... I did not check to see if it was reported though

What other mods are you using? I always go random and have never had a problem.

Random is my default setting for testing changes, and I haven't encountered this problem. Have you checked the list on the Reporting Bugs post?
