IHT: Things are looking great. I didn't think that America would be so easily crippled. You showed me that I was too pestimistic

Armies are even stronger than I thought. I will probably attack New Orleans, New York and Seattle, but it depends on how things are going. It's good to see that the original island of America is now far from the new core and corrupt, be it corrupt at Sid.
IT: We lose one cav on the American soil, which couldn't be saved anyway. Bergen finishes cavalry and I switch it to army. Why weren't we building them? [1-0]
Turn 1 (1660 AD) I assume that we are only interested to trade or get Espionage, Steel, Refining and Combustion for now, so I won't try a deal with Egypt to get Medicine.
Boston:
-arty redlines 2 rifles and a guerilla
-5/5 cav vs 1/4 rifle: 0-5, rifle wins and promotes
-arty redlines the rifle again
-4/5 cav vs 1/4 rifle: 1-2, cav wins
-4/5 cav vs 1/4 guerilla: 1-3, cav wins
-4/5 cav vs 1/3 rifle: 1-0, cav wins and
Boston is razed for 64 gold.
Berzerk army pillages, arty pounds on American rifles and guerilla, the wounded armies heal [4-1]
IT: No American attacks. It's really sick to see huge numbers of troops avoid a cav army.
Turn 2 (1665 AD) Army rushed in Bergen for 1480 gold.
Wandering American troops (1 cav, 2 guerillas and 1 rifle) either protect a settler or block our route to New York. So they are redlined and killed by elite troops.
We generate a leader in the process. More and more troops land in America [8-1].
IT: We sink an American galleon and build an army in Bergen [9-1].
Turn 3 (1670 AD) The leader is turned into a cav army. The other army will be filled with cavalry as well. They are faster than infantry and also not attacked by the Americans. So there's little choice there.
4 guerilla and 5 rifles block the road to New York, so they are redlined and killed without losses, generating a
2nd leader in my turns.
We are now ready to attack both New York and Seattle

When those cities fall we will be able to occupy this continent. [18-1]
IT: America bombards our zerk army and lands 2 infs and 2 guerillas on our northern shores.
Turn 4 (1675 AD) Our leader turns into a cav army. A new army is rushed in Bergen for 1480 gold. Ouch

New York is defended by AT LEAST 23 rifles and a guerilla. Possbily more, but I ran out of artillery to find out
Cav armies take out 8 vet rifles and retreat from another (all backed by guerilla), so that makes it at least 33 defenders in the city after this attack wave... [30-1]
IT: America decides to move 5 units out of New York. Bergen finishes an army.
Turn 5 (1680 AD) New York has 27 rilfes and 15 guerillas. Our artillery manages to hurt all of them. I decide to have a healing round and attack New York next turn.
Turn 6 (1685 AD) Army rushed. New York still has 27 rilfes and 15 guerillas. Cav armies take out 15 rilfes, 1 cav and 8 guerillas. Normal troops kill 12 rilfes and 1 guerilla. We in return lose 5 elite cavs and 1 inf. But we gain a
leader. [67-7]
IT: America moves three units out of New York
Turn 7 (1690 AD) 5 guerillas are redlined and the barracks destroyed. Then our armies manage to kill the guerillas and
raze New York. We lose a cav army there though. The remaining artillery shows that Seattle is only defended by 7 units. [72-11]
IT: America builds two new cities and drops 4 units in or northern beaches.
Turn 8 (1695 AD) The four American invaders are easily killed and an army is rushed. Armies kill 8 guerillas, 9 rifles and 2 cavs and
we raze Seattle for 131 gold
. We probably will lose a cav army in the IT though. War weariness just jumped to a higher level, so lux goes to 50%[97-11].
IT: We lose a cav army, as expected [97-15]
Turn 9 (1700 AD) I send a couple of settlers to America and redline a lot of their wandering troops. Then an elite cav attacks and this gives us what I was hoping for. My fourth leader

[100-15]
I end here, to make it a nice round number. I leave the next player with 4 settlers on the American continent and a leader.
