Mod Buddy Broken

I have been trying mod civilization using Mod Buddy and for a while it was working but after I downloaded the Microsoft office, it stopped working and this message appears on the start page. I think it goes beyond the start page because I can't create any new mods or even open the one I'm working on now.

It says this when I try to start a new mod:

I've tried troubleshooting this myself, anything that anyone knows will help.

Edit: Nevermind, the problem is fixed now.
