Mod: Combat Skill Points

Need version:BTS 3.17
Generally speaking,this mod allows the warriors get Skill Points when they survive from a special kind of terrains or battles,which makes them more powerful in that kind of combat.For example in the following picture,the tank gets 10% more sth from the Skill Points when attacks a city.

I think it's useful in FFH,because we have many vaterans and it can also replace the sth bonus from race.

It looks interesting. Would certainly be a nice option for a modmod, if not the main mod. But only an option, mind you, since it wouldn't be wanted by everyone all the time.
