2. Because if it could be cast on any unit there wouldn't be any reason for naval units anymore. You would just get one caster that could cast water walking and water walking your entire army.
Oh! I missed that ww effect is constant. Never really used it.

Tons of stuff is the main reason why i love FFH-II. Even if sometimes it harms balance and AI is unable to use it. Looking for exploits is very interesting task.

5)Let the Spirit guide transfer not only half of the exp but even the spell effect. I believe it make the spell much more interesting.
